Global Eye Investments traces its origins to Romcom Investitii, founded in 2003.

The company was established by Sony Mordechai, with the intention to explore investment opportunities in real estate, start-ups and other interesting ventures in the country. The initial capital for this start-up came from family and friends.

Global Eye is a friendly capital company with care for people and the societies.

This is also mirrored in the Vision statement of Global Eye which is "Friendly Capital (for a better world)".
